Ving Tsun Kung Fu Program

This is the official program for Wai's Kung Fu. If you're a member of the school, this is the program we will be using to ensure you get all the small details directly from Sifu. You can also watch Sifu perform the skills as many times as you wish. Each video contains: - Detailed explanation of the technique - Multiple demonstrations in full speed and slow speed - Most common errors - Tips & supplementary information - Required reading After each video, you can come to class prepared - go ahead and ask questions and practice.
