The Silver Membership does not include any private time with Sifu so progression will be a bit slower but you will still receive the same in-class quality instruction as the Gold Members.

Yes. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday at 7PM and Saturdays at 10AM.

You're welcome to drop in at your convenience to meet sifu Wayne and watch our purposeful practice.

You can also talk with the other students and get a feel for their experiences. We're confident in what we have to offer so there's no need to hide behind a veil of secrecy.

We find that people start to appreciate our "think more, move less" approach to martial arts when they reach about highschool age. Some people later and some people earlier so these are guidelines.

At some point, people will want to move more efficiently, elegantly, and intelligently. It's at that point they seek out specialists in wing chun.

Because our style is efficient in motion, it's healthy for the body and can be practiced well into old age.

We also don't do bone-crunching smashing exercises so you don't have to worry about going to work all bruised up.

The system will meet you where you are so you can practice regardless of your current fitness level. The more energetically you undertake the exercises, the more benefit you will get so they will scale up as you do.

We hare happy to invite you to be a part of our legendary lineage from Patriarch Ip Man to Patriarch Moy Yat to Grandmaster Sunny Tang to Senior Master Sifu Wayne. To become a student is a quick and easy process. Simply sign up online for the membership of your choice You can pick your start date and there are no contracts or cancellation fees.

We have discontinued the free trial offer. It may return next summer. But you can come watch a class and see the school and talk with the other members.

You will pay for your first month in advance and then the monthly tuition will be automatically applied to your credit card or withdrawn from your bank account on that day each month.

There are no hidden costs.

Eventually you will need some hand health liniment to make sure your hands stay healthy. You may also want a wall bag, wooden dummy, long pole and swords - but that's a few years down the road.

You can quit any time by logging in to the website and cancelling your membership plan. There are no cancellation fees and no pressure to stay in a program that no longer aligns with your goals.

We ask that you speak with sifu Wayne as a courtesy before quitting. Sifu Wayne puts his heart and effort into developing each student and works to build a relationship that will last a lifetime. There is more to kung fu than just martial skills and sifu Wayne hopes to keep the relationship strong wherever life takes you. Plus quitting something without talking about it first is not the way.

If you wish to switch programs or pause your program, there will be a $75 administrative fee unfortunately.

We wish to encourage all our students to put in the time and effort required to develop this valuable skill as quickly as possible. With any educational or skill development program, you progress according to the effort you invest. So if you don't attend class it will take you longer to finish the program.

We also limit our school membership to 30 students at a time. This ensures every person in class receives quality personalized attention directly from Sifu Wayne. It's the primary reason our student improve as quickly as they do. If your attendance drops below the requirement of your program, we may ask that you give your class spot to another student who is on the waiting list and has the time to dedicate to their growth.

Training to move less takes a lot of work. So you will get fit while practicing to be efficient in movement and energy. Then, once fit, you will have a great collection of exercises to help keep you in great shape.

We are specialists in Patriarch Ip Man (Bruce Lee's teacher) family wing chun. Not all styles of wing chun are the same and Patriarch Ip Man was a small and intelligent. So we practice to fight intelligently and assume our opponent will be bigger. Therefore we think deeply and discuss technique and methods instead of applying brutish methods.

We also have a family style apprenticeship model where everybody trains on what will help them grow fastest, and this is facilitated by Sifu Wayne. Our environment is friendly, helpful and fun - more like a family.

Since we specialized in wing chun, you will get consistent information from a single system so your body will not be confused. It will never wonder whether to put the heel up or put the heel down. In a fight, each tiny sliver of time is important, and a confused body will delay.
