About the Event
We will be making a video during this event so please don't be late. We will talk about all the topics of how to apply and use inch power. Demonstrations on wooden dummy techniques and the other forms - especially siu lim tau which is where the foundation gets laid. The workshop will also feature the advanced method of sinking the weight to increase power and the value of rooting. We will also talk about what is and is not inch power.Â
